Life As WE KNOW IT !
. Why do we often feel this way I wonder ? Many friends have confided they feel this way...lost, alone and missing something. Maybe it is personal satisfaction or just a touch of the 'blues' that gets us every now and then. Yet the feeling is down right lonesome.
The trick I have found though is to re-focus your mind... think of something else. Anything it doesn't matter. If you can re-direct your attention to anything that's around you, even if it is hard to think of a different perspective within you...immediately a change of mindset is established. You will find that not only do you feel re-focused, better and calmer but, you are at peace...even with that which had you feeling 'blue'.
